My 80lb lap dog
Too many pictures to choose from but today marks 6 months since my buddy came home
.
.It certainly hasn’t come without it’s challenges.. ex: we’re still working out the kinks on walks because he is built like a truck and gets so excited for them
That being said, this has been one of the most enriching experiences of my life. Diesel bonded to me almost immediately and almost never leaves my side. He loves to guard me in the washroom, NEVER forgets to come check on us one last time once we’ve gotten into bed and always waits perfectly for his frozen blueberry in the mornings. He has been such a welcome addition to our lives!
Thank you to everyone at Niagara Dog Rescue, Amy Smith and Diesel’s foster for the incredible work they did in rehabilitating him. He went from rail thin and scared and became my 80 pound fetch obsessed lap dog! He absolutely adores everyone he meets and has even made a handful of fur friends along the way
