Good with cats: No

Crate trained: Yes
Energy Level: High, loves to play.
Can be handled/touched: Can be scared initially when meeting new people but is motivated with treats. Scared of loud vehicles.
Barker: Only when trying to communicate that he is hungry or has to go outside.
Flight risk: Yes, until he trusts his environment. He has managed to slip out of his collar or harness.
Walks on leash: Yes. He is getting better but still tends to pull so a harness or gentle leader is recommended.
Food aggression: No
Current food: Blend of Authority tender bites w/ taste of wild
Leash reactive: He will want to play unless the person or dog makes a lot of noise then he might hide. Fairly submissive and loves to play.
Rides well in car: Yes. He has been crated when driving and laid down the entire ride.
Destructive: No, loves comfort blankets.
Needs a home with a yard: Yes, it would be best of he had a secured yard to run in. Otherwise, he would require a lot of physical activity to burn his energy.
Needs a home with another dog: He has been with Mappy (a senior …would love to stay together if possible but understand this is unlikely) his whole life. When they were separated, he cried, they both did. So, another submissive dog would be a nice playmate.
Can live in apt: No. He would need to be walked a lot, as he does have energy.
