Ernesto Julius Fields

Ernesto Julius Fields
From: Texas
This gorgeous boy was found wandering the dusty backroads of Texas looking for a home. He was starving the way only a stray dog can be, and he had a superficial injury to his flank. He is learning his way around the house, learning that the crate is not to do his business in, learning that he will never again find himself alone, not knowing where his next meal is coming from. Ernesto is an intelligent dog, and he will bark to alert you to any changes around him. He is quiet in his crate which he is learning not to soil.
As sweet as Ernesto is around people, he has is a bossy boy when there are other dogs, however he will back down when corrected which shows us how responsive he is to correction.
Ernesto is only 10 months old and weighs 45 lb. While we are unsure of his exact breed, we think that it is likely that he has a black mouth cur in his background for sure, making him a wonderful choice for a family dog.
