Tinkerbelle & Peter Pan (bonded)

Tinkerbelle & Peter Pan (bonded)

From: TX

Tinkerbelle

Yes, I’m the feisty fairy, the girl who knows how to look out for herself! and now I’m looking out for Peter Pan too!
It’s a job that’s perfectly suited to my personality…I’m not the kind of girl who puts up with attitude – even from Peter Pan himself.
My foster mom says it’s because I’m the dominant force in our dynamic duo, and she may have a point. But somebody has to boss that boy around! She also said that I’m a born people-pleaser!
They say I was born when a baby laughed for the first time during a Winter’s night…Just give us a chance and it won’t be long before our magic has transformed your life in ways you never dreamed possible.
My name is Tinkerbelle, I’m 7 1/2 yrs old and weigh 70 lb. Just like Peter Pan, I’m crate trained, house broken, good with every one of all ages and may I say, good with cats!

Notes and Insights from the Foster:
So what we’ve learned so from about Peter Pan and Tinkerbelle. 🙂 Pete is a VERY sweet boy, very patient, he loves everyone and doesn’t mind the cats. Tinkerbelle is obviously the dominant one of the pair, but is still a sweetie. They don’t mind other animals although they’re not really into playing with them much maybe bc they’re older. They are very chill, love to go on walks and run around outside. They both love attention, treats and chew bones.
They are both VERY calm in the house. Tink listens well, and has pretty manners. Peter, bless his heart, without hearing it’s a little harder, but he is pretty well mannered considering he can’t hear. He’s bigger than Tink but he’s like a big teddy bear. It does spook him a little if you touch him and he doesn’t know you’re there.

Peter Pan
It sure is a long way from Neverland to Texas and even I can’t quite figure out how I got here. I may have lost a little bit of my youth along the way, but hope and magic never grow old. And Tinkerbelle and I are sayin’ our prayers that your belief in magic is enough to bring us to your door.
I’ve kept faith for two long years, 712 days since our owner passed away, and left us with only each other. My hearing has gone, and there’s grey in my muzzle these days but my back is strong and my legs are good. Inside lives the same boy who lit up the pages and made you dream of a world of pirates and mermaids.
My story has always been one of belief and optimism, and I hope to share it with you.
My name is Peter Pan, I’m 7 1/2 years old, I weigh 75 lb and I’m as gentle a dog as God ever put on this earth. I love kids, other dogs, grandmas and grandpas and everyone in between. I even love the family cat. I’ve been in a boarding kennel for two years now, and I’m hoping you have room in your heart for Tink and me.
