I was adopted June 2nd this year.  

My Dad....I think he really loves me!

I was found on the NDR website by my now Dad when his heart was in pieces.

He is such an animal lover.  He treats all furry kids like babies ❤️

He was looking because his last dog was his absolute shadow and bestie.

He rescued him as well.   Apparently he was a dog celebrity up here and was known by name and that he was a loving gentle giant

My Daddy applied to NDR through the compassion initiative.

He spoke with this amazing woman who is now my aunt. I call her Aunt Dianne, but you may know her as Dianne Cartmell

She understood my Dad's pain and how he had so much love to give.

I was in Alabama when my Dad found me on the super easy to use NDR website.

I was in the "special needs" section as well....I don't like to talk about that part of my life but....I was wondering Alabama with a terrible eye injury.

Someone was watching over me....maybe it was my Dad's late mother....but an angel guided me to safety and care.

I now have 1 eye but I am 100% healthy.

I've adapted to things especially here in my woods playground.

My Dad really believes in me...so much that he is trusting his OSI to me as his "service dog"

I AM 1/2 DONE!!!!!    

I finish in October and I can be there for my Dad when he's having as he says "a noisy head"...

I dunno but I love being together so it sounds fun.

But....not only will I be the 1st NDR special needs adopted dog, but I'll also be the 1st NDR Special Needs dog with service qualifications!!
