Backstory:
Feather was found wandering around the Paintsville Rec Center. Someone witnessed him being dumped by his previous owner. He was extremely malnourished when he came into the shelter and he showed signs of abuse. He is as sweet as they come, he needs a loving home where he will be safe and never hurt again!
