Meet Rosie (20211121-05)
Rosie came to us from a large litter of mistreated puppies. She had a knot on her head where we believe someone had hit her. She was very scared, but has blossomed into a loving, friendly dog. She is good with our bigger dog and good with our children. She does seem to prefer females over males, but when treated kindly she warms up to men as well. Rosie loves to cuddle, play with squeaky chew toys, and soft blankets. Rosie is protective and aims to please. I think she would do amazing in a household with a single woman or a single mother.
but 6 and up would be best because of her energy
once she trusts you (which takes a minute if you have treats)
does really well if let out every 4 hours but working on it.
She will go into her crate
once she knows you aren’t going to hurt her, she lets u pet her and scratch her all over! She loves neck scratches and rubs & leans right into you!
