Meet Buddy (20241216-01)

Foster insights/backstory: Buddy showed up to our property one night and hasn’t left since! We have dogs run through the pasture pretty frequently assuming they have been dumped in our area. He did not leave like the others normally do, was skin and bones and seemed so alone and afraid. He is chipped but his chipped owner stated she no longer wants him due to moving… We started calling him Buddy and gave him a comfortable place to stay in our shed until we could find him a loving home. We have him indoors now and he stays in his kennel while I’m at work and during the night to sleep. He knows all of his commands, sit, stay, no, “kennel”. He even likes to eat in his kennel! He walks wonderfully on a leash and rides comfortably free roaming in the car or in his kennel in the car. He is in perfect health according to his vet! Such a sweet boy and so deserving of a loving, caring home where he can enjoy the rest of his days.
