Meet JD (20251214-01)
Foster notes/backstory:
JD had a rough start to life—he was found on a quiet country road with his brothers when they were very young.
Despite that uncertain beginning, JD has grown into a happy, trusting, and affectionate young dog who clearly believes the world is a good place.
JD is a total sweetheart with a fun, slightly goofy personality. When he wants attention, he’ll do the cutest little bounce… then dramatically flop down, as if to say, “Well? I’m waiting for my cuddles.” He thrives on human attention, loves to play, and has a special joy for splashing around in water. Walks are one of his favorite activities, and he’s eager to learn—we’re currently working on basic commands.
JD is a loving, playful, water-loving pup with a heart as big as his floppy charm. He’s ready for a forever home where he can continue to learn, play, and be someone’s very best friend. 
About
medium/high, JD enjoys being active and would do best in a home that can provide daily walks, playtime, and mental stimulation.
he truly thrives with outdoor time and would be happiest in a home with a yard where he can explore and play.
he enjoys canine companionship but would also do well soaking up all the attention as a solo dog.
