Backstory:
Meet Lady Harley (affectionately known as Baby-Girl). At just 2 years old, Lady Harley has already lived through more heartbreak than most dogs ever should. She was deeply loved by her original family, but when tragedy struck - one owner passed away and the other was hospitalized - her world was turned upside down. A family friend stepped in to take her, but instead of being cherished, Lady Harley was neglected, starved, and forced to have puppies.
Despite the cruelty she endured, Lady Harley never lost her gentle soul. Thankfully, she was rescued and brought to the Floyd County Animal Shelter, where her transformation has been nothing short of inspiring. She has gained back her healthy weight, her beautiful coat has returned, and her spirit shines brighter every day. Her puppies have all found loving homes, and now it’s finally her turn.
Lady Harley is an extremely sweet, well-mannered girl who greets everyone with kindness. She’s proof of the resilience and forgiveness dogs carry in their hearts.
