Meet Willis (20240510-03)

Rescue Story:

In 2020, Willis was successfully rescued from a dog meat farm as one of 65 dogs that were saved. Even four years down the line, WEACT remains steadfast in its mission to facilitate the adoption of dogs from this farm.

Willis has come so far in the time that he has been with his rescue!  He is shy with new people, due to the unimaginable things he went through early in his life. Willis is very food motivated so it is easy to get him to come to you when you have a treat!  Once he trusts you, he loves to rub his head on your back.  He socializes daily with other dogs at the rescue, and prefers dogs with similar energy level to him.  Dogs that are very hyper and in your face make him uncomfortable.  Willis would love a calm and quiet home that is committed to furthering his training and showing him that he is safe now and that the world is not a scary place!
