Niagara Dog Rescue is a non-profit registered charity, dedicated to helping homeless and unwanted dogs find a new home. Our mission extends beyond borders, focusing on dogs in high-kill shelters, remote northern communities, and international regions where stray populations are at the greatest risk. We are dedicated to providing a bridge from these vulnerable situations to safe, permanent, loving homes.
To ensure the best possible match, all potential adopters are fully screened through veterinary, reference, and home checks. Our adoption fees are vital to our mission, helping to support the overall costs of our rescue operations—including transportation, boarding, and the essential care of all dogs in our program.

Last week, 31 dogs—including a tiny "Earth Angel" named Solange—were successfully transported to safety, but the mission is far from over.
